Lisa Kleypas – The Hathaways series

I had read few good books this week, but these ones are excellent. I loved the Hathaway family, four sisters and brother. Everyone is somehow special. Characters are intelligent, funny, you really get to know them. Different characters – different problems. Everybody who became part of the family has to show loyalty and love, before they accept them. Stories are interesting, with little drama and mystery. It has adult stuff, which is really good written, with much love and sexual passion.

“I find you thoroughly, deeply interesting. I want to open you like a book and read every page.” A smile curled the corners of his lips ad he added huskily, “Footnotes included”.

Genres: Historical romance, adult, fiction, regency romance,

About author:

In the Hathaways series there are 5 books.

Book 1: Mine till midnight
Book 2: Seduce me at sunrise
Book 3: Tempt me at twilight

Book 5: Love in the afternoon

Summary of book one:

When an unexpected inheritance elevates her family to the ranks of the aristocracy, Amelia Hathaway discovers that tending to her younger sisters and wayward brother was easy compared to navigating the intricacies of the ton. Even more challenging: the attraction she feels for the tall, dark, and dangerously handsome Cam Rohan.

Wealthy beyond most men’s dreams, Cam has tired of society’s petty restrictions and longs to return to his “uncivilized” Gypsy roots. When the delectable Amelia appeals to him for help, he intends to offer only friendship—but intentions are no match for the desire that blindsides them both. But can a man who spurns tradition be tempted into that most time-honored arrangement: marriage? Life in London society is about to get a whole lot hotter…

Enjoy, M.
